За 2 месяца концерн «Медведь» даже не закупил металлические листы, из которых должен был изготовить наше оборудование. Во время общения с представителями завода нам стало понятно, что какая-либо связь между менеджерами, цехами, снабжением и руководством ООО «КМПУ №7» отсутствует напрочь. Посыпались постоянные обещания, что заказанное нами оборудование скоро будет готово. Но время шло, а воз не двигался. Наши требования не выполнялись. Спустя еще один месяц, в день, когда концерн «Медведь» должен был передать нам все наши резервуары, ни одна единица оборудования не была готова. За три месяца по договору они не сделали НИЧЕГО. К сожалению, нас поджимали сроки, и вместо того чтобы судиться с ними, решили пойти на мировую – продлили сроки по начатым резервуарам, а остальные решили изготовить у другого производителя за большие деньги. И даже новые продленные сроки они умудрились просрочить. Тем не менее оборудование всё же доехало до объекта, однако теперь возникли баталии по качеству: сказать, что оно ужасное – не сказать ничего. Нефтехимические (!) резервуары после поставки были помяты при погрузке и перевозке, а при проведении испытаний водой они все (!) протекали ручьем, а один из них даже треснул в районе сварочного шва. На наши требования по устранению дефектов будто нехотя высылались специалисты ООО «КМПУ №7», которые производили крайне странный ремонт. А борьба за документы была похожа на Ледовое побоище. Таким образом, наши резервуары были просрочены на огромный срок, качество – отвратительное. При этом та же продукция, которую мы вынужденно заказали на другом производстве – отменная, без каких-либо замечаний. Выводы делайте сами, а мы больше никогда не собираемся иметь дело с такими «партнерами», которые не делают, не выполняют свои обязательства, кидают, открыто врут, и так халатно относятся к своей работе.
